The DAS Master Insurance Program offers all housing authorities in Connecticut the opportunity to obtain required insurance coverage through a sole source. Because housing authorities have similar assets and risks, when grouped together, they have the strength of a much larger entity. As a single insurance provider, DAS can offer higher limits of liability coverage at lower premium rates.
