How do I get on the approved Vendor list?

Connecticut does not have an approved vendor list.

To do business with Connecticut, you must participate in a competitive procurement process that results in a state contract.

If your company is awarded a contract, you can then sell the contracted goods and services listed on the contract through the contract term.

Agencies sometimes refer to a contract award as an “approved vendor list” because agencies are required to make their purchases from vendors on current state contracts.
