Vendor Performance 

The DAS Vendor Performance system is a contract administration tool utilized by DAS Procurement, Client Agencies as well as the vendor community.  Client Agencies should maintain telephone or email communication with the appropriate DAS Contract Specialist whenever performance issues arise.  The Vendor Performance system is a means by which communications can be formalized, logged and shared with other DAS Contract Specialists who may be dealing with the same vendor.  The Vendor Performance system also offers the Contract Specialist the option of sharing specific reports with the appropriate vendor(s), giving them a chance to respond to the Client Agency’s concerns.
